Do I have to pay the OPSA fee?
- Membership of OPSA is "compulsory". You can of course opt-out of membership if you conscientiously object being a member of OPSA. However, you must by law still pay an amount equivalent to the OPSA fee, which will be paid to a registered charity.
- You may have your OPSA fee waived and still be a member of OPSA if, and only if, you are suffering severe financial hardship. This waiver will only be granted in exceptional financial circumstances.
